Die Cuttin Diva's Challenge

Anything Goes this week...

My twin sister and I are celebrating our birthday this Friday. I decided that this was the challenge that I would make her card.
I used the Rock Princess Cricut Cartridge. The butterfly was cut at 4".
The paper is an old 8.5"x11" piece from my collection, and the stamp is Hero Arts.

Remember to swing by Die Cuttin Diva's for our weekly challenge.
Also this Friday My sister and I will be doing a birthday give-away.
I hope to see you all back here soon.

Get Well Soon!

I made this card for someone who is amazingly strong and currently fighting stage 4 cancer. This is her second time fighting this horrible disease.

I am hoping that this card will bring her some cheer and she continues her fight.

Feel free to say a pray for her and her family.

Thanks for visiting my blog today.

Die cuttin Diva's Challenge

January 21st is National Squirrel Appreciation Day!
We at Die Cuttin Diva's are celebrating squirrels this week.
All of the designers have found the cutest squirrel die cuts to use on their projects.

I pulled out my Stretch your Imagination cartridge and with the help of my niece, Casey, came up with this altered notebook.

The squirrel was cut at 3.5" and the tree at 6". The background paper is from DCWV's Animal Cracker stack and the twine is from Trendy Twine. I am still looking for the perfect sentiment for this notebook. So if you can think of something or know of someone who makes really cute sentiments I would be very appreciative.

Don't forget National Squirrel Appreciation Day!
We would love to see your cre8tions over at DCD.
Thanks for stopping by!

Critter Sketch Challenge

Whoo hooo, we are in our two weekend count down to our 100th blog post. I hope you are anticipating it as much as we are and are making plans to join us.

This weeks challenge is a sketch challenged hosted by Robyn's Fetish.

I decided to use the Frosty Friends Digi from Robyn's Fetish on my card.

The paper is from DCWV Sweet Stack and already had the white and pink stripes at the bottom. All I added was the cardstock, Trendy Twine, and a button from my stash. On the image I used glitter glue to enhance the hearts and snow.

Thanks for visiting my blog and we hope to see you over at Critter Sketch.

Celebrations!!!!

For some reasone my post didn't go up as scheduled and I just noticed it!

This week at Critter sketch we are celebrating everything: Birthdays, Weddings, New Years, Bar Mitzvah's, and Babies.

My sister is due this month with baby #4 and I decided to make her baby shower invitations for this challenge.

I used my button embossing strip for cuttlebug, stamps from Inkadinkado, and the cardstock is from my collection. I printed out the inside of the invitation of vellum.

I am so excited to be an Auntie again. This baby makes #26!
